East Harlem Branch: Wednesdays from 3pm to 6pm.
To access this free service, you must make an appointment for a drop-off tax session of 30 min.
Lower East Side VITA tax site
In partnership with People’s Center for Economic Independence. Inc (PCEI), LES People’s FCU is hosting the 2026 VITA Tax Site:
Lower East Side Branch: Fridays from 5pm to 8pm and Saturdays from 10am to 3pm (in person and drop-off)

Earn $67,000 or less.
Have a disability.
Need language support.
Are 60 years or older.
