Our First-Time Homebuyer Program at LES People’s FCU is designed to assist individuals in achieving homeownership by providing access to mortgages and grant support.

Eligible first-time buyers can receive up to 20% of the loan amount (maximum $20,000) to assist with down payment and/or closing costs.
